1. Adults only
SpicyVidz AI (ai.spicyvidz.com) is for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By creating an account or logging in you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Prohibited content
You must not create, upload or edit content that:
- depicts or suggests minors, or uses youthful terms or appearances, in any sexual context;
- depicts non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence or exploitation;
- depicts a real, identifiable person (including "deepfakes") without that person's explicit consent;
- is otherwise illegal where you live.
We block prompts that match prohibited terms and may suspend accounts, without refund, that break these rules. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
3. Your content
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads and how you use the results. Generated images are kept only in your own browser; we do not store them, so download anything you want to keep.
4. Credits and payments
Credits are bought with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments and added after network confirmation. 1 USDT = 100 credits; from 2 credits to generate and from 5 to edit, depending on the model. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable, except at our sole discretion (for example, a failed generation is refunded automatically as credits). Send the exact amount on the correct network; payments sent incorrectly may be lost.
5. Service
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Models, prices and features may change. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
